STAGES OF THE REPAIR PROCESS

The repair process consists of three main stages: cleaning and disassembly, assembly, and testing.

Cleaning and Dismantling

When a die arrives at our workshop, the first step is to clean it thoroughly. After cleaning, our technical team completely disassembles it to conduct a detailed analysis and identify which components require replacement.

Assembly

At this stage, we replace any worn-out components, which significantly shortens the lead time for the die compared to building one from scratch. Similar to new manufacturing, this is a critical phase and is therefore performed under the full supervision of our most skilled staff. Furthermore, for parts such as blades, we offer the option to sharpen them and restore their cutting edge.

Test

Repaired dies undergo the same rigorous testing procedures as our new dies. This guarantees the customer receives a fully functional tool that is indistinguishable from a new one, but for a lower cost. To be specific, they are subjected to stringent cutting trials and endurance tests of over 100,000 cycles.
